Casa Manana was started some thirty years ago by Margarita with the help of her mother, Mama Grande.  She uses all her mother's original recipes and sauces evolving into a Mexican/Salvadorian food experience like no other.  Only free range chicken and no lard or MSG is ever used.  Feel free to create your own customized meal from the extensive menu offerings.
